How to Cancel My Subscription
If you started your Plus subscription on your computer, you can cancel it anytime from your Account page. If you upgraded via the mobile app (Apple or Android devices), you must manage the subscription from the respective app store.
Canceling from your computer
Step 1: Go to your Account page.
Step 2: From your Account page, scroll down to find your Subscriptions section.
Step 3: Click the Cancel My Subscription link and follow the prompts. Once you complete the cancelation steps successfully, you'll get an email confirming your subscription cancelation.
If you have a subscription and your Account page is showing 'Free,' you are most likely signed into the wrong account. Sign out, then sign into your Plus account to cancel your subscription.
