How to Batch Crop Your Images for Social Media
Get started by heading to the Batch Photo Editor and follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Upload Your Photos
Click Add Images at the top of your interface or drag and drop your desired images from your files. You can resize as many images as you want simultaneously; there are no restrictions!
Step 2: Navigate to the Batch Crop Tool
On the left side of your interface is the batch processing menu, if the Crop tool isn't already on your menu, then you can click on the Manage Tools drop-down and select Crop.
This will ensure that the crop tool appears under your saved tools. Next, click on Crop from your selection on the left to adjust and apply the tool.
Step 3: Select Your Crop
With the sizing guide above, you should already know what aspect ratio you want to use, for this tutorial we will be using a 9:16 aspect ratio for TikTok or a social media Story post. Select Custom Ratio from the drop-down and you can insert your desired ratio in the boxes. To let AI do the hard work for you, you can select the Auto button to let AI determine the placement of your crop box. To manually move them you simply use the cursor to drag the box to where you think the best placement is. Once you are satisfied with the placement, click the Apply button.
Step 4: Save Your Batch of Cropped Social Media Photos
After completing your batch edits, simply click on the Save button to finalize the changes.
Choose your preferred format, and adjust the quality and filename as needed. You also have the choice to add a watermark to your set of social media images. Click Save Images, then a box will pop up that prompts you to start the download of your ZIP file with all the images that you have used the batch crop tool on.
