How to Make Your Own Collage Social Media Posts
Now that you know where to find social media templates, it’s time to create your own! Click here to open up the templates, and choose what social media you are going to design for!
Step 1: Choose a Template
Once you know what social media you are making a graphic design for, you can search the terms we laid out above. When you find a template that calls to you, click on it and select Use This Template.
Step 2: Add Your Images
Click on the Image Manager tab and upload your images by dragging and dropping them, or you can upload them from your computer. Next, you can drag and drop your images into the template where the existing images are. If you need to adjust your image once it is placed on the canvas, double-click on your image and you can make adjustments to the placement by dragging it to the preferred placement.
You can also add images directly from your mobile device via the free mobile app by navigating to the Image Manager at the bottom of your screen and clicking the plus button. Then, you can drag and drop them into the canvas where you desire to place them.
Step 3: Customize the Text
To customize the text that is already on the template, simply click on it and select what you want to change, then type. If you want to add new text, navigate to the Text tab and click Add Text. The Text Properties menu will pop up and you can make all adjustments to the font and size from that menu.
Step 4: Customize the Background
If you want to change the color of the background of the template, click on the Customize tab. From here, you can click on the first color box and either enter a HEX color code or select the color you desire your background to be.
Step 5: Save Your Social Media Collage Post
When you are happy with how your social media collage has turned out, click save at the top of your canvas and save it to your desired location. We suggest saving it as a jpg with high quality for sharing on your desired social media.
